My dream destination after Greece.
When I was a young girl, I would bury my face in historical books about ancient Greece, Rome and Egypt. I would fantasize and imagine that I stepped back into time and saw every architecture and walked the cobbled streets and breathed the same air that the ancient people had.
And now, I have the opportunity to visit Rome.
Yet, there's this jittery feeling that's bugging me. After yearning so much to go to that place, I'm kinda afraid it would disappoint me.
Two days. So much to see, so little time.
As people say, Rome wasn't built in a day. You definitely can't and shouldn't finish it in just one day.
God. I'm so lost at what to do there. Not to mention being pressurized to join those jaded senior crew in some dumb activities when I rather be exploring somewhere out there in this wonderful city.
(In my best Yoda impersonation) An ominous feeling, I have.
