This incident got me thinking. Why can't we do certain things w/o the company of other people? Why can't we do it alone?
A colleague wanted to go to the toilet and poo. She asked someone to accompany her. When no one's interested, she decided not to go.
I can understand Loo's reason for not going. But to the toilet? Doing a temporary job? That's something i really dislike. Why do u need someone for that?
I believe everyone has the capability and the ability to do certain things, like going to the toilet, alone. Some people just lack mere independence. They give up just because NODBODY IS ACCOMPANYING THEM.
There's nothing wrong with shopping alone, eating alone, etc etc. I have friends who skip meals just because nobody is eating with them. Many times i get reasons like 'Don't feel like doing this beacuse nobody pei wor...', and many times i simply can't understand why u need someone for things as simple as eating.
Is it THAT difficult to have that THAT bit of independence? Or is it something else that I don't know of? Enlighten me please.
