I did alot of sinful things these few days. Oops, i did it again. No, no THAT disgusting thing i mentioned before LAH. I've been eating non stop these few days. I can't stop. I tried. In the end i gave in again. And i slacked for a few days. Never do any workout. Kept having supper. Kept eating junk food. For example, i ate a whole block of chocolate before dinner, n i had a big plate of fried rice, chicken and one fishcake for dinner. Then i had a bowl of dessert. Then i ate 1/2 a tube of Pringles potato chips. DIE! Starting with my workout today! My aim: slimmer thighs, toned tummy and arms, anti-gravity boobs and, well, since my ass is really big, i've got no choice but to aim for a big PERKY ass! Yep. Hope less confessions will pop out.
